Suzanne Burdick was born in Olympia, Washington on November 19,1941 and died after a long bout with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis on February 21, 2026. She graduated from Olympia High School.
Affectionally known as "Gramma Sue" by her friends and family she enjoyed life to its fullest. Sue and her husband Bob were married for sixty-two years and moved from Tacoma to Reno to Henderson Nevada and then back to Tacoma for health reasons. She worked as an office manager in several secondary schools both in Tacoma and Reno and finished her career at R&R Partners Advertising firm as an office manager. The same firm that coined the slogan "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."
Sue was an avid golfer and scored four holes in one in her career. She also loved to run with her close friend Mary Ann.
Sue is preceded in death by her father Ray Wyman and her mother Veda Wyman and her older sister Jane Moss. She is survived by her beloved husband Robert, by three children Scott (Sheila), Brian (Karen) and Ann(Alan) and her nephew Jay Moss. She is also survived by three grandchildren Mary Cate. Maggie and Cooper and two great grandchildren who are on the way. She was also very appreciative of the people who provided support during her illness especially Orlando and Sabrina.
Memories in her honor could best be made by paying forward kindness or contributing to a worthy cause.
A memorial service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church on March 13 at 11:00 a.m.
