Ronald A Bunch Jr., 54, affectionately known as “Scooter”, of Washington State, passed away unexpectedly on October 17, 2024.
Born in Newport, RI, he was the son of Shirley F. Araujo and Ronald A. Bunch Sr. Ronald laid flooring for most of his adult life. He loved his job of installing carpet & flooring. He was an avid New England Patriots fan, and you would always see him wearing a team jersey or T-shirt with the Patriots logo on it.
He is survived by his sons, Robert & Timothy Bunch of South Texas. His grandchildren Haizlee, Sorine and Walker Bunch of South Texas. His siblings, Roxanne Morin of Taunton, MA; Danielle Pavoni of Largo, FL; Theresa Hull of Middletown, RI; Sabrina Roote of Riverview, MI, Reliance Bunch of Franklin, MA and his stepmother, Marilyn Pavoni of Philadelphia, PA.
He was the greatest uncle to Christopher, Derek, Jasmine, Kyra, Destiny, Syncere, Alexandria, Daja and Brian.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Shirley and Ronald Sr. His maternal grandmother, Shirley Cochran. His aunt Susan Stroup and uncles, Roger & Frank Aguiar.
A memorial service will be held in Newport, RI on April 12, 2025.
