Lydia Febre

Lydia A. Febre, also known as “Adiang”, age 72 passed away on August 28, 2020 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington from wide assortment of ailments. 

Adiang beloved wife of Ricardo Febre. Much loved mother of Ramil Febre (Sherly), Ronald Febre (Nerissa), Roderick Febre (Rosalie), June Rey Febre (Clyde) and Rochelle Solis (Richard). Cherished grandmother of Jhanzel, Jhunkiel, Scarlett, Rynn Estella, Precious, Ronald JR., Maica, Raphael, Willian, Karl, and Riley. Dear sister of Moses Arino, Lina Arino, and Esther Thompson (Brian). 

Adiang has been battling with Kidney Failure since 2007 along with diabetes and high blood pressure. On July 31, 2020. She was taken to the emergency room because she wasn’t feeling well. It was discovered that she has blood infection and one of her heart valves has been damaged. Which causes her blood to flow everywhere and has gotten to her lungs. On her last few days, it was discovered through X-ray that her lungs were full of fluids. She went through dialysis with her husband by her side. She was feeling weak and cold. She told her husband “ipatay kon sa daitoyen”. After the dialysis her husband went back home to grab lunch, while they took her back to her room. Few hours later, the Hospital called and informed the family that she has passed. Her heart rate keeps fading until it stopped. 

Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. 

Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, September 6th from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, September 7th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Scanlin Cremation & Burial, 2021 70th Ave W, Tacoma, WA 98466. 

Due to COVID-19, we are following CDC safety protocols. Only 6 people are allowed in the viewing room and 6 people in the waiting room at a time. Individuals from different households remain spaced at least 6 feet apart and must wear masks.
