Jimmie Louis Green was born on Sunday, February 4, 1979, in St. Louis, Missouri. He spent the first half of his childhood surrounded by his mother's family, most notably his grandmother Maurine Williams née Green, with whom he shared an inseparable bond that endured no matter how many miles apart they were.
When Jimmie was 8 years old, he moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota with his mother and siblings. He attended DeLaSalle High School, where he participated in drama class. He was highly regarded and recognized by his peers and instructors for being an advanced and talented student. His academic excellence earned him an internship with the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where he was an Administrative Assistant to Dr. Rose.
After the new millennium, Jimmie relocated to Seattle, Washington. He loved Seattle for its nature, world famous attractions (e.g., Space Needle), and its diversity and inclusion that attracted people from all walks of life. He attended Seattle Central Community College and ITT Technical Institute-Seattle. He also worked at Bank of America for many years.
Jimmie was very creative. He had beautiful penmanship, enjoyed drawing, writing short stories and poems. He was technically savvy with computers. He had a vast movie collection that included Star Wars, horrors, and comedies. He enjoyed the companionship of his dog, Bodie Green.
