James C. Holmes, Jr., 71 of North Little Rock, AR, passed away on April 12, 2021.  He was born December 29, 1949, in Phenix City, AL to the late James Holmes, SR. and Myrtis Holmes.  In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his grandparents Jessie Holmes and Buena Holmes and Arnold Foster and Ethel Foster, brother: Jerry Holmes, brother-in-law:  Loyd Jones.  James is survived by his sister Janet Jones,  and children; Denia (John) Murphy, SR, Steven (Denise) Holmes, John Holmes, Sarah (Caleb) Decker; grandchildren;  John (Christine) Murphy, JR, Zachary Murphy, Emily Murphy, Ruth Murphy; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel, Brooklyn, Cameron, Bailey, Brailyn, Charlie, Lynlee.
