Destiny was a beautiful baby and a gorgeous woman with an incredibly infectious smile, people were often drawn to her charisma and compassion. She was a vocalist whose voice compared to Mary-j-Blige, Fantasia, and Ciara. She sung female background on several of her brother's Spotify and YouTube recordings, which is under his rap & stage name "Coldest Winter" aka Amelio Hernandez.
Destiny was kind-hearted, generous to a fault, and genuinely loved people of all persuasions: Destiny’s was born ten years later from her eldest brother Kirby Kinchen Jr on her mother’s side, she was the second oldest of five siblings, Amelio Hernandez, Nehemiah Banks-Sam Tate and Jobaby Tate and her mother’s only daughter! Destiny was the peace maker to her younger siblings, to those under her she fiercely protected!! Not one to start a fight, but would end one ferociously regarding her brothers.
Destiny loved science, art, music and drama in school, often performing solo songs at children’s church and school assemblies.
Destiny loved cheerleading and drill team- she loved animals, and she wrote poetry. Destiny worked as a live-in caregiver for several years in Seattle and was an avid conscientious journaler this activity she carried into adulthood-
Destiny had aspirations to be a veterinarian, a wife, and mother. Her lifelong scripture was— Romans 8:18 “For I’ve considered that the sufferings of this present life are not worthy to be compared with the glory that will be revealed.”
