Barbara Argame Obituary

Barbara Joan Argame, age 84, passed away in Kent, WA, December 10, 2020 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.

Barbara Joan Kelly was born on January 5, 1936 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA.  Daughter of Floyd Kelly and Josephine Donohoe Kelly.  Barbara grew up in West Seattle, graduated from West Seattle High School.  She married Mario Argame in 1968 and lived most of her life in Kent/Federal Way/Des Moines, Washington.

Barbara loved the beauty of the Puget Sound, Skagit Valley, Washington Coast, and majestic mountains.  Most of all, she loved every moment spent with her family and close friends.  She loved to cook Filipino food for her family and friends.  Barbara also enjoyed getting to know the staff and caregivers at Farrington Court in Kent.  Many were like family to her.  She loved life and went out of her way to make everyone she met feel special.  She always had a smile for everyone and was loved by many.  Her beautiful spirit and bright light will shine forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband Mario Argame; daughters Mari Conrad, Jodi Petersen, and Kristi Peterson; sons Larry Peterson, Jeff Peterson, and son-in-law Don Petersen; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and several close cousins.  She was an amazing mom and a caring person to all.  We miss her every second.
