Andrew Rick Cowan

Andrew Rick Cowan was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from Garfield High School in Seattle’s Central District. After high school, he married Charelyn Jinkens
and began firefighter training with the Seattle Fire Department. He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Doris Cowan Johnson and beloved daughter, Angela “Angel” Byrd who lovingly
cared for him throughout his life until her passing. Andrew is survived by his daughters, Toi Cowan Ferguson and Charisse Cowan Pitre.
